My plumbing technician, Frank, went above came beyond to sole our toilet issues. What I thought was just a mounting issue turned out to be a flange issue. He took the time to explain to me what the issue was, showed me what was wrong, and detailed what he was going to do. Even though it was late in the day he did not rush. He made sure the job was not only fine, but done correctly. I would highly recommend Preferred Home Services for, at a minimum, your plumbing needs.

I had a pipe break in my house while I was out of town. My first floor was flooded. I called Preferred Home Services. They took care of me right away. Noah the salesperson, Ben's Squad with Chris leading the charge. They re- plumbed my entire house in 2 days. I couldn't ask for better service Excellent service and workmanship!

JustinV was awesome, so knowledgeable and super helpful. After having issues with our HVAC we decided to call Preferred and feel so much better that it's now finally fixed once and for all.

Service electrical technician knew his stuff and installed new smoke and carbon dioxide detectors.

The gentleman and technician was outstanding! Right on time, did the readings inside, went outside and found an exposed electrical wire which had been worn and taped in the electrical harness. He immediately came inside and showed me a picture and I asked him to replace it. He had it in his truck and replaced immediately. Thank you Preferred! “Nothing but the best”! Again! Bob
