Bryson came out the same day I called in. My plumbing was backed up. Bryson provided exceptional customer service. I’ve never worked with a professional as thorough and efficient as he was. He asked questions and did an inspection.
He checked in my crawl space and all around the outside looking around for the clean-out.
He used all the tools he has at his disposal to try to help.
He talked to me about everything he was doing and explained it until I understood it. He was patient and understanding and honest. He checked with me before taking any actions to make sure I was on board.
This situation is very stressful for me and Bryson really made me feel comfortable and built my trust in the company and his abilities.

Technician worked diligently to resolve our issues and concerns - explained everything he would need to do to resolve our problems and be able to warranty the parts - worked until well after what would be quitting time to make sure we were no longer experiencing the issue that had us schedule service. He was polite and considerate, very respectful and had great manners!

This was the first time using this company, the service technician called and sent me a picture of him, arrived on time, I showed him what needed to be done, put in a new kitchen faucet, check out toilet for a running water, he did all of the work and then some, Antonio was very professional, thank you very much, Monica,,

patient explained all the steps and performed and great job.
He also fixed the flappeer in the toilet for free

Alec was a fantastic plumber. He identified my issue quickly and was able to give me the best solutions for solving them. Even some repairs I didn’t know I needed he was able to identify and resolve. Would definitely recommend him!

The service man sent to do my ceiling fan installation was terrific !! I don’t have enough kind words for him. The price however was ridiculous and not his fault. 408 for a ceiling fan come on preferred home services that’s highway robbery .

Jacob and Brandon came today to fix a leak. I have between my water meter and my pressure reduction box. They were timely, very pleasant and we were able to fix it with no problem. They could not have been more pleasant to do business with. Thank you.

What an awesome experience today with Preferred Home Services. I was looking for a whole home service plan for my AC, plumbing and electrical. I had called other service companies and had wonderful calls and good sales pitches. Preferred gave me an excellent customer service call and offered there plan specifically to my needs. They recommend a military plan without asking or as a sales pitch they seem to genuinely care for vets in there community. Hats off to there excellent service to there customers!
