Danthony was my technician and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what may need to be done along with pricing afterwards I he was able to perform the service at that time. He was quick and very helpful. He was kind. I would recommend this company especially Danthony.

Quality service from beginning to end. Parker Ford was our serviceman and he explained everything clearly. He described what the possibilities were and then got to work. He took care to cover his work area and cleaned up after himself. Parker was such a pleasure to deal with that we have chosen to make Home Preferred our go to for future work needed on plumbing and other areas of service that may be needed for our home.

Today preferred home services came out for part of my preferred partner program to check on my hvac system, Mr. Griffin King responded promptly and professionally. He kept me up to date on what he was doing as he worked through his checklist. After he was done he gave me some things he noticed that could be worked on and didn’t pressure me to purchase right away, which I appreciate. He was great! I can see why preferred has hired him on staff!

Good experience! Called for a stubborn drain. It’s been a problem for years. Preferred Home Services came out the same day, called one hour before arrival, got right to work. Checked plumbing under the house and cleaned out the drain, and cleaned up the mess. They game us a special price of $69 and no service fees. Wow! Yes, I recommend!
