Called preferred home services and Benjamin was the tech that was assigned. So happy with Ben. He took the time to fully troubleshoot the system and diagnosed the problem. Got us back up and running quickly. I highly recommend Ben and Preferred Home Services.

Overall, the company has shown themselves to be professional, trustworthy, and kind. They are responsive for appointments and flexible with unforeseen cancellations. I wrote the company today about an issue from my last visit and Shannon called me within (literally) 5 minutes. She thanked me for taking her call, thanked me for helping them become a better company, and was generous with my request. These people are legit and they are doing things the right way!

This was our first encounter with this company and the experience was definitely 5 stars. Darian was our plumber. When he came in he was polite and very knowledgeable about what was going on.
