Preferred Home Services did a great job with our toilet leak and repair!! The technician showed up promptly and was extremely efficient and thorough in diagnosing the issue. He provided several options and then proceeded to make the necessary repairs. Since there was some water damage as well, he recommended a reputable remediation company and arranged to have them call us. Their technician showed up that same afternoon and was able to start the drying out process before the end of the afternoon. We will definitely be using Preferred Home Services the next time an issue arises.

Had my HVAC and Plumbing inspections today and was very pleased at how through both Griffin and Tony were. Griffin checked my HVAC system out throughly I thought he had surley found something major wrong but he didn't, he was just being very through. He gave me some good advice on using the system going forward.
Tony was just as through when checking my Plumbing. He checked everything in my house that had to do with water. He did have to fix one issue I was having but had it working again in no time.
They were both very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They answered all my questions and was ready to explain everything to me.
I will be sure to ask for Griffin and Tony in the future.

I was very impressed with Ryan. He is very friendly, professional and explained what happened to my HVAC system. He also showed me pictures and video of the problem. I called yesterday when AC wasn't cooling and luckily they were able to get Ryan out here today. I have no issues with Preferred Home Service and they are the company that we purchased the HVAC system from, this problem was a soldiering issue from the Goodman HVAC manufacture. We purchased this HVAC unit less than 2 years ago and the soldiered joint failed that fast.

I have used Preferred Home Services a number of times. This time was for a water leak which turned out to be from the outside. Antonio did an exceptional job checking all my sinks, toilets and showers which were not the problem.
After installing a water pressure regulator
he referred me to another company that had equipment to find the source of water problems in the walls and floor.

John did a great job today tracing a line to one of our outdoor Ring flood lights/camera and resolved the problem quickly. He also replaced an outdoor gfi outlet that had been wired backwards.

Today 9/14/2026 we had our regular scheduled hvac service. Our service technician, Griffin King accomplished the service and explained everything in terms that I understood. He is professional and very personable. There was an issue to address and he completed this and discussed all system checks that were completed. We highly recommend Preferred Home Services for your HVAC service.
