Every technician that has serviced my heat pump systems and tankless water heater has been nothing less than friendly and professional. I'm always notified in advance of their arrival. The technicians explain their findings, provide solutions, make me aware of issues that eventually will occur through normal usage and wearing out of the system components that eventually need replacement along what they found concerning the current condition of a part or system component and potentially how much longer it may remain functional. They document and track all service work records performed so that other technicians are aware of the history of prior service and maintenance work when they come to service my systems. My experiences with Preferred and all their staffing has been great. I'm glad I found Preferred Home Services and would certainly recommend them to anyone.
