Our A/C went out yesterday right as we were about to start Bible study and we weren’t sure why. We called Preferred and they were able to send Caleb Miller out today. It was that the drain was clogged and the pan filled with water causing the unit to shut off. Caleb did an amazing job cleaning up all the water, unclogging the drain pipe and making some adjustments to limit it from happening again!! Thank you Caleb for your wonderful service today!!
