Our experience as always with your company has been excellent. Dylan Steger was polite and most respectful of our residence. He and his partner were so efficient and repaired all of the electrical plugs in the house. I have one suggestion perhaps you could purchase those.Hand held portable vacuum. Then they could clean up the powder and stuff that drops onto the carpet floor. That would set you way above anybody else. Thank you so much for listening. Joe N. Is the best plumber I have ever had! He was very personable and professional! He started by going over the agenda for the visit to ensure that all expectations were managed and there would be no surprises during our appointment. He flushed my tankless water heater making some plumbing related suggestions to help me save money by mitigating future repairs by changing some of the things we do in our home. He ensured that the work area was cleaned up after work was complete and even provided me plumbing related options to make my home better, save money, and improve my overall quality of life making sure I was aware of available financing for any needed repairs or enhancements that I may be interested in if needed. He never came across like he was selling me something. He just wanted to be there for what we needed! I called preferred home services due to our digital HVAC board was dead. My husband found it was the battery that caused the board to go out. We informed our technician, Danny, of this when he arrived. He reset the board and proceeded to check the in and outside of our house. Danny took pictures of everything and sat down with us to explain what he found. Danny was professional, friendly, theral, informative and just a nice guy. We were not happy about the result of this inspection due to finances. Danny gave us a written report of 3 ways to choose from so we have an idea of the cost. We appreciated Danny coming the same day I called.
