Scheduling was incredibly easy - they gave me the option of phone call or text. Happened quickly and efficiently. Within a couple of days, the technician Turner came to the house and stayed the day to fix a leak, and upgrade the whole house cutoff valve and outdoor faucets. The end result is absolutely great.

Freddie was outstanding!! Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Would recommend 100 times over.

Excellent customer service, and explained everything to us. Being a former HVAC guy myself, I was really impressed with Xavis (our technician) knowledge, politeness and very customer oriented. We plan to sign up for their Preferred Partnership Program in the near future, just because of the benefits it comes with (discount on parts, if needed). I plan to tell neighbors about this company and my mom who's a senior citizen and could always use a good reputable company for certain things a homeowner needs to keep up on as far as maintenance goes and not being taken advantage of.

Ryan made quick work of the job. Diagnosing capacitor out, gave us the different options and repaired the issue in quick order. We were up and running an air conditioning before 11:00 a.m.

Had an old pipe break in my attic. They sent out a tech (Joe) really quickly. He was able to fix the pipe and get our water turn back on with in a few hours

Both Dennis and Gabe were professional and communicated well, letting us know what they needed to do and explaining how they were going to do it. I also want to give a huge shout out to Tara who facilitated our purchase and, although it took several months to complete the sale due to issues with the sale of our house, she never pressured us to get the deal done. I recently chose Preferred Home Services to service my HVAC unit. The experience led me to leave this review. They were responsive, informative and respectful. The technician was friendly, prompt and timely with the service. I would recommend this company to others.

We called today to get an estimate to have 2 valves replaced under our kitchen sink. The technician was here within a half hour, gave us a quote and did the job right away!! Parker was professional and courteous and explained everything as he went along. We are very happy and will probably call them again if needed.

I had a spring checkup for my ac---heat pump..the tech was very experienced an forthcoming.. He gave me a very positive rateing on my existing system.. He let me know that the mold in my supply duct off the air handler needed an ultraviolet lite but a dear friend that has his own ac-- heatpump company is doing it at a little above cost...350$ verses..800$ that I was quoted last year for the same thing..I know that your company exists for making a profit an I respect that...but what would you do as a homeowner?.. Mike Lewis with Preferred Home Services is the greatest! He helped me years ago when both of my a/c units died in the middle of summer. He gave piece of mind during a stressful time. Fast forward a few years and I had to make an emergency call to Preferred again for a flooded garage! To my relief it was Mike Lewis who was on call and not only did he assess and fix the situation that same evening but he also provided an awesome recommendation for a trustworthy restoration company to help me. Called for a Sunday emergency service. Was about the 20th I called. Everyone else wanted huge “emergency” charges. Preferred Home Services had a reasonable service call price. More than fair and was here within 3 hours of my call. Saved my day and probably week!! I will use them first for everything!!

Have used them for multiple issue at the house and had great service. Just had my HVAC cleaned this trip.

My AC unit recently failed at 9:30 PM. I called ARS rescue Rooter’s, they had been my AC service Company. I was told someone would come by the next day between 12 and 4 PM. So they were a no-show. My daughter had research online and placed a call to preferred home services, and they were here at 4:30 that day and started the installation at 8 AM the next morning. Kenny the sales person was really helpful in guiding me through the decisions I had to make. The installation team was prompt, keep you notified of what was going on and professional. If you need someone that you can trust to show up on time and do the job, preferred home services is it. Griffin King just finished doing my annual check up, and he did a outstanding job.

He started by going over the agenda for the visit to ensure that all expectations were managed and there would be no surprises during our appointment. Chris Crawford was an excellent technician

I called preferred home services due to our digital HVAC board was dead. My husband found it was the battery that caused the board to go out. We informed our technician, Danny, of this when he arrived. He reset the board and proceeded to check the in and outside of our house. Danny took pictures of everything and sat down with us to explain what he found. Danny was professional, friendly, theral, informative and just a nice guy. We were not happy about the result of this inspection due to finances. Danny gave us a written report of 3 ways to choose from so we have an idea of the cost. We appreciated Danny coming the same day I called.

They came by for the yearly HVAC maintenance and the technician Griffin did an excellent job. He found a couple small issues along with some things that could be a problem in the future and helped me prioritize the maintenance. I’m definitely happy to know things are in working order before the summer heat really kicks in.

Ryan was very polite and informative, he came in explained what he was going to try first and after a few mins of trying he was able remove the clog. As advertised it only cost me the $69, I will absolutely refer them to someone in need!

The technician found the problem immediately and was done in 20 min. They are polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend them as an HVAC service.

My hot water heater went down in the afternoon on a Monday. Alec with Preferred Home Services was at my house by 9am the next morning and had the unit swapped out and running in no time. Thanks to Alec and PHS for the fast and reliable service!!

Update 2: Chase got me taken care of and restored my faith in the company. Update: Tech did arrive. Apparently someone was calling the wrong number. Unhappy with being told it was canceled, but very happy with getting service today. Will update after service is completed. Booked my appointment yesterday using the website. Then had my appointment canceled because "I didn't confirm the appointment". No missed calls/texts/emails. I called them and was told dispatch woud call me. That also never happened. Going with another company.

Needed them to be here quickly to repair outside faucet leak so outside foundation repair people could finish their work. From phone call to repair finish….one and a half hours!

Danny was quick and went above and beyond!

Our AC compressor died and of course it was a weekend with high 80 -90 degree temperatures. The team was able to install a new one on the Saturday. Much appreciated. Thomas, explained the financing, LB diagnosed the problem, and Quintin and Jason Cannady Installed the new compressor. Each person was professional, polite and efficient. Everything was cleaned up afterwards and new items explained. I would recommend this company to others.
