Joe N. Is the best plumber I have ever had! He was very personable and professional! He started by going over the agenda for the visit to ensure that all expectations were managed and there would be no surprises during our appointment. I called preferred home services due to our digital HVAC board was dead. My husband found it was the battery that caused the board to go out. We informed our technician, Danny, of this when he arrived. He reset the board and proceeded to check the in and outside of our house. Danny took pictures of everything and sat down with us to explain what he found. Danny was professional, friendly, theral, informative and just a nice guy. We were not happy about the result of this inspection due to finances. Danny gave us a written report of 3 ways to choose from so we have an idea of the cost. We appreciated Danny coming the same day I called.
