I had a spring checkup for my ac---heat pump..the tech was very experienced an forthcoming.. He gave me a very positive rateing on my existing system.. He let me know that the mold in my supply duct off the air handler needed an ultraviolet lite but a dear friend that has his own ac-- heatpump company is doing it at a little above cost...350$ verses..800$ that I was quoted last year for the same thing..I know that your company exists for making a profit an I respect that...but what would you do as a homeowner?.. Mike Lewis with Preferred Home Services is the greatest! He helped me years ago when both of my a/c units died in the middle of summer. He gave piece of mind during a stressful time. Fast forward a few years and I had to make an emergency call to Preferred again for a flooded garage!
