Update 2: Chase got me taken care of and restored my faith in the company. Update: Tech did arrive. Apparently someone was calling the wrong number. Unhappy with being told it was canceled, but very happy with getting service today. Will update after service is completed. Booked my appointment yesterday using the website. Our AC compressor died and of course it was a weekend with high 80 -90 degree temperatures. The team was able to install a new one on the Saturday. Much appreciated.
