At 6 PM on a 95-degree day, I noticed that my system was not cooling and was in fact down. I called and was pleased to have someone pick up the phone and listen to the symptoms of the problem. They ultimately dispatched a repair person who was able to get the system up and running by 8:30 PM in advance of a long, hot holiday weekend, I was very pleased with the prompt response to my emergency.
