We had two pipes burst in a matter of two weeks and Mike L. came out immediately both times to save the day. He was truly a knight in shining armor and took great care of us during two really stressful moments. He was super knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Today's experience with their PHENOMENAL Technician Ben with Preferred Home Services, was TRULY AMAZING!! Ben, is a Very Personable, Extremely Attentive and Genuinely Concerned Young Man. He diagnosed the problem with my HVAC Unit, in less than 10 minutes. He took his time explaining the function and also the malfunction of the part that needed to be replaced (the capacitor)..
