Bryson came to assist with our kitchen faucet leak. He was knowledgeable and thoroughly explained to us what had happened that caused the leak. He worked up a quote for us and made sure we understood. He never seemed annoyed or in a hurry to finish the job even though it was getting late. A tree fell and crushed my outside unit. It was only 6 months old. I called Preferred and they came out by midafternoon. LD worked very hard to at least get me ac until a new unit could be installed. I felt like I was treated like family. He went out of his way to help me even calling in sales for a new unit. Earl showed up around an hour later and was fortunate to get a new unit the next morning. Dustin Cooper was here early and had it up and running in just a few hours with a brand-new system. They entire disaster was eased by Preferred staff who worked to get me a resolution. Amazing.
