Types of Heating Installation

Greenville, SC, homes span a variety of ages, sizes, and building types, and a professional can help you determine which updated heating solution is best for your needs. Our expert technicians are licensed and insured to install the following heating solutions:

Furnaces

A furnace produces heat which is then distributed to the rooms of your home via ductwork. The expert technicians at Preferred Home Services are knowledgeable about gas and electric furnaces and can help you choose the right one for your home.

Heat Pumps

Heat pumps use a mechanical process to transfer and heat (or cool) air into your home. Heat pumps can serve as the primary heating and cooling source or part of a dual-fuel system paired with a furnace to conserve energy costs.

Ductless Mini-Splits

As the name implies, ductless mini-splits also do not need vents and ductwork to heat your home. They are individual units that heat and cool specific areas of your home. Just like heat pumps, they’re affordable, durable, and energy-efficient. Depending on your home’s needs, ductless systems are a great solution for Greenville, SC, buildings, given our mild winters and humid summers.

Including start up and testing they were all very professional Worked like a machine. From beginning to end. Grayson, Ben And Alex did awesome job. I don’t want to forget the 5 guys that did the ductwork either

Wesley from Preferred Home Services replaced my water heater and did an amazing job. He took his time to make sure everything fit right, and he walked me through what he was doing the whole way, so I always knew what was going on. He's an outstanding guy who went above and beyond. I'd call Preferred Home Services again and again, and I'd ask for Wesley every time.
