Chris Clifton (comfort advisor for Preferred Home Service ) came to our house to put in a new zone in our HVAC. He was fantastic. Explained all the actions that were required. After finding out we had several water leaks under our house, We called Preferred, We had Bryan come the same day, that afternoon He located our problem, show us on video, And gave us three options to get repairs done, After speaking with him, We felt confident in repairing the whole house & yard at this stage, We had a absolute wonderful and professional team show up the next morning 8:00 am ready to replace the whole house water lines were done, They were all through our home, And was so polite and professional, enjoyed the company, along with the work being done, The job was completed in 5 hours the whole house and yard hook up's! The team was Chris, Bryan, Garrett, Mac, Porter, Issac! They were a wonderful team of young men! The whole experience was joyable!
