The technicians were competent, arrived on time and kept at it until the job was done. I am very satisfied with the service. They had a pleasant attitude the entire time.

On time, pleasant, repaired the problem with the master bath sink, & cleaned up everything before he left. Excellent work, Chris!

Bryson, was fantastic!!!! His skills are excellent! He stayed on the job until he felt it was absolutely fixed!!! He is very talented and knowledgeable about his job!!! Also , did good job in explaining the problem to me so I could understand what happen. He was very kind and considerate! Took really good care to keep the house clean when he worked inside. I had a wonderful experience and would call Preferred Services again because of Bryson.

Very pleasant & knowledgeable plumber/technician. We had problems with guest room toilet earlier and turned water off. We were afraid to turn it back on! The plumber turned water back on and showed us several things to do in emergency. We are going to look into a new toilet in the coming months, but our old one (at least 40 years old!) is now working! I highly recommend the Preferred Technician & we will request him for any future work.

Ola was amazingly thorough. He explained everything that needed done very clearly so I could make an informed decision. He then did the repairs expertly. He was very professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ola and preferred home services.
